These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Mask Text AI - Privacy Shield" mobile application ("App"), which is developed and managed by the creator of "Mask Text AI - Privacy Shield," hereafter referred to as "Developer," "I," "me," or "my." By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to discontinue use of this App immediately.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use.
Access to the full features of the App requires an active subscription. The App offers a yearly subscription plan with optional free trial periods. Payment processing is handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat integration.
All subscription purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The Developer does not directly process refunds.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

The Developer shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred as a result of using the App or relying on its privacy protection features. "Mask Text AI - Privacy Shield" is committed to respecting user privacy. The App stores all personal text content locally on your device and does not upload or access this information. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App or its content.
YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS PROVIDED "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE". THIS APP IS FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY AND WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES ON MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Additionally, if the App is discontinued for any reason, your right to use the App will terminate immediately, and you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, its employees, agents, officers, directors, contractors, suppliers and other representatives from and against all liabilities, damages, claims, actions, costs and expenses (including legal fees), in connection with or arising from your breach of these Terms of Use and/or your use of this App.

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
